NATE-certified HVAC technicians, Comfort Advisors, and office staff serving Denver metro homeowners since 2013. Family-owned, locally operated from Brighton, Colorado, licensed in 8 Colorado jurisdictions. Every job is completed by a credentialed technician — never a subcontractor.
On Time Heat & Air was founded in 2013 by Hamid, a trained HVAC installer with a simple belief: Denver metro homeowners deserved an HVAC company that actually showed up on time, priced work up front, and treated the house like it mattered. More than 12 years later, that principle still runs the company.
We operate from a single shop at 2103 Peregrine Dr Unit 44 in Brighton, Colorado. Every truck dispatches from this location. Every technician on our payroll is NATE-certified or working toward certification under a senior technician. We do not use subcontractors, 1099 labor, or out-of-state installers — every job on every invoice is performed by a salaried On Time Heat & Air team member.
Today we hold active mechanical contractor and HVAC licenses in eight Colorado jurisdictions — Adams County, Commerce City, Arapahoe County, Aurora, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas County, and Jefferson County — and serve more than forty cities across the Denver metro. Our 5.0-star Google rating across 70+ verified customer reviews reflects the same accountability the founder started with: show up when we said we would, do the work the way we said we would, and stand behind it for as long as the customer owns the equipment.
We operate with a clearly defined team structure so you always know who is coming to your home, what they are credentialed to do, and how your call moves through our process. Below are the roles that make up the On Time Heat & Air team.
Owner · 12+ Years HVAC · NATE Certified
Founded On Time Heat & Air in 2013 after more than a decade of installation work across the Denver metro. Personally oversees large replacements, commercial installs, and complex diagnostic calls. Still the first person on scene for emergency nights when a full team callout is needed.
NATE Certified · EPA 608 · Multi-Jurisdiction Licensed
Handle full-system replacements — furnaces, AC condensers, heat pumps, and ductless mini splits. Each lead tech carries current NATE certification, EPA Section 608 refrigerant handling certification, and works under our mechanical contractor licenses across all 8 Colorado jurisdictions. Every install is pulled under the correct permit for the jurisdiction.
NATE Certified · Factory-Trained on Major Brands
First responders for repair calls, no-heat and no-cool emergencies, warranty diagnostics, and annual maintenance tune-ups. Factory-trained on Bryant, Carrier, Lennox, Trane, Rheem, Goodman, Daikin, and the rest of the major brand portfolio. Every service call starts with a written diagnostic presented to the homeowner before any repair work begins.
ACCA Manual J/S/D Trained · Rebate Specialists
Handle new-system consultations, load calculations (ACCA Manual J), equipment sizing (Manual S), and duct design (Manual D). Prepare full estimates showing all Xcel Energy rebates, federal 25C tax credits, and Colorado utility incentives the homeowner qualifies for. Process all rebate paperwork on the customer's behalf at no charge.
Comfort Club Specialists · Seasonal Tune-Ups
Performs the 20+ point spring AC and fall furnace inspections for Comfort Club members ($179/year). Each tune-up includes coil cleaning, refrigerant pressure check, blower amperage measurement, combustion analysis (for furnaces), safety shutdown testing, and written inspection report.
Real People · 24/7 Emergency Line
Every call is answered by a real person — never a call center. The dispatch team routes emergency calls to the nearest available technician, books scheduled appointments, handles financing applications (same-day approvals available), manages permit pulls with each jurisdiction, and files Xcel Energy rebates on customers' behalf.
Every credential below is publicly verifiable through the issuing authority. We list license numbers and expiration dates openly because we want Denver metro homeowners to know exactly who is on the other end of the phone.
