On Time Heat & Air was founded in 2013 by Hamid, a hands-on HVAC contractor who wanted to build a company around honest recommendations, proper licensing, and quality workmanship instead of pressure tactics. More than 12 years later, the company still operates from a single Brighton shop — no franchise buy-in, no private-equity parent, no out-of-state call center.
Today, we help homeowners with everything from emergency repairs to full system replacements. We focus on clear diagnostics, clean installations, and practical guidance so customers know whether a repair still makes sense or it is time to replace the system. Our Comfort Advisors are trained on ACCA Manual J/S/D load calculations, and every install follows U.S. Department of Energy best practices for high-altitude installation.
