Terms of Service
Last updated: April 18, 2026
Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. By using ontimeheatair.com, requesting service from On Time Heat & Air, or purchasing HVAC equipment or services from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
On Time Heat & Air is a NATE Certified HVAC contractor licensed in 8 Colorado jurisdictions (Adams County, Arapahoe County, Aurora, Broomfield, Commerce City, Denver, Douglas County, and Jefferson County). We serve the Denver metro area and have been in business since 2013.
2. Service Area
We provide HVAC services throughout the Denver metro. Specific service availability in your area can be confirmed by calling (720) 527-0668 or submitting a quote request. We reserve the right to decline service based on location, travel time, or other factors.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- All estimates for installations and replacements are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Diagnostic and service call fees are disclosed before we begin work. Diagnostic fees are typically waived when repairs are completed on the same visit.
- Prices shown on this website are estimates and subject to change. Final pricing depends on home size, equipment, and job-site conditions.
- Additional work discovered during a service call will be quoted and authorized by you before we proceed.
4. Payment
We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, and financing through our approved lending partners. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. Unpaid balances may accrue late fees as permitted by Colorado law.
5. Financing
Financing offers such as “0% APR” or “$79/month” are provided by third-party lenders subject to credit approval. We do not extend credit directly. Final rate, term, and monthly payment depend on creditworthiness and the lender’s terms. Not all applicants qualify.
6. Warranties
- Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Terms vary by brand and model. Registration may be required.
- Workmanship warranty: we stand behind our labor. Specific warranty terms are noted on your invoice.
- Warranties are void if equipment is modified by non-licensed parties, used outside manufacturer specifications, or damaged by flood, fire, power surges, or improper maintenance.
- Warranty service requires that equipment remain properly maintained. Annual professional tune-ups are recommended.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule non-emergency appointments. Large installations may have different cancellation terms, which will be disclosed on your contract. Deposits on custom-ordered equipment may be non-refundable.
8. Emergency Service
We offer 24/7 emergency HVAC service. Response times vary based on weather, call volume, and your location. We do not charge overtime fees for emergency service, but a standard diagnostic or trip fee applies.
